At Samrakshana, we use various modern and traditional methods to teach our children. The Play Way method is driven by the principle that children learn best through free play. That’s why we focus on unstructured hands-on activities that allow for freedom of expression and group story time. In addition to traditional teaching using blackboard, books, and worksheets, we also use puppets, toys, and arts and crafts materials to make learning more fun and hands-on.

Activities and Events like Market Day

An example of this could be a month-long unit to teach children about fruits and vegetables during which children learn about the colours of different vegetables, songs and dances about them, see and touch them, make fruit and vegetable-themed art projects, and help setup a Market Day.

A mix of tradition and modernity

Our students, their parents and their families, appreciate that we are not only trying to make sure that our students have a modern education – we continue the traditions they learn at home with shlokas, padyamulu and short stories from our epics. We combine tradition with a modern education to create well-rounded kids!
